An Investigation of the Current Situation of Human Rights Research in China( 1991-2016 ) : From the Perspective of CNKI Representative Journal Articles

本文实证考察了当代中国人权研究状况,揭示与提炼了当代中国人权知识的生产格局、人权研究的特点、问题及其反思的面相。当代中国人权研究状况,呈现了从被动到主动、从宏观到具体的转变,以及多元化、规范化的发展趋势,彰显了人权研究在当代中国的不断进步,初步建构了中国特色社会主义人权理论体系。

This article empirically examines contemporary China’s human rights research,reveals and refines the production pattern of contemporary China’s human rights knowledge,the characteristics of human rights research,issues,and the aspects of reflection.The status of contemporary human rights research in China presents a transition from passive to active research,from macro to specific,as well as the development trend of diversification and standardization,highlighting the continuous progress of human rights research in contemporary China and preliminarily constructing socialist human rights theory with Chinese characteristics system.
