在体大鼠膜片钳全细胞记录技术初探
摘要
目的 :建立在体大鼠膜片钳全细胞记录方法。方法 :固定麻醉大鼠后对其顶叶皮层锥体神经元行全细胞记录。结果 :成功记录到顶叶内锥体层神经元电压门控性钠离子通道电流及自发突触活动电流。结论 :初步建立了在体大鼠膜片钳全细胞记录方法 。
