摘要
现有的检测固井质量方法有许多,这些方法从不同的侧面反映了油、水井的固井质量。分析了固井声波测井和伽马密度测井方法的特点,指出固井声波测井方法对套管一水泥界面以及水泥一地层界面的胶结状态较为敏感,而对水泥环体自身的固结状态不敏感;伽马密度测井测量水泥环体密度,这种测量方法与固井各胶结面状态无关。提出了利用这2种测井方法综合分析油、水井固井质量的解释方法,可以互补对方的缺点,解决固井质量检测中存在的多解性问题。编制了解释软件。实际应用证明效果较好。
The existing cement quality inspection methods have reflected the cement quality of water and oil wells from different angles. The acoustic logging is sensitive to the casing-cement interface and cement-formation interface, but not to the cement sheath. Gamma density logging method is used to measure the volume density of the cement sheath. Yet, such measurement bears no relation to the bond condition of the two interfaces. Using the acoustic and Gamma density logging methods for comprehensive evaluation of the cement bonding quality may overcome each other's shortcomings, and hence, solving the multi-solutions in cement bonding quality inspections. A new interpretation software has been programmed.
