摘要
采用 U ASB反应器 ,对两种不同方法驯化的污泥处理 PTA废水进行了研究 ,结果表明 ,经对苯二甲 ( TA)酸驯化的厌氧污泥能够稳定地处理 PTA废水 ,在水力停留时间 2 9~ 3 2 h、进水 CODCr460 0~ 70 0 0 mg/ L、废水中对 TA含量 180 0~ 2 0 80 mg/ L条件下 ,CODCr的去除率稳定在 80 %以上 ,对 TA去除率稳定在 70 %以上 ;而用 PTA废水驯化的污泥在同样的条件下对 CODCr去除率在 61%以下 ,对 TA去除率在 40 %以下。经 TA驯化的污泥 ,其物理、生物性状比 PTA废水驯化的污泥有显著提高和改善。
The effect on the degradation of PTA wastewater by two kinds of acclimated sludge was studied. The results showed that: The sludge acclimated by terephthalic acid(TA) can stablely treat the purified terephthalic acid(PTA) wastewater. Under the condition of HRT=29~32 h, influent COD-{Cr}=4600~7000 mg/L, TA concentration=1800~2080 mg/L, the COD-{Cr} removal efficiency is above 80%, and the TA removal efficiency is above 70%. While under the same condition the sludge acclimated by the PTA wastewater can only degrade at most 61% COD-{Cr}, 40% TA. The biotic and physic characteristics of the sludge acclimated by TA have improved much than those of the sludge acclimated by PTA wastewater.
