摘要
过实验研究指出 ,运用粉煤灰可同时治理含铬废水中 Cr( )和 Cr( )。结果表明 ,粉煤灰用量、废液酸度、振荡时间和温度等均对铬的去除效果存在一定影响。研究揭示 ,在常温 ( 15~ 3 5℃ )下 ,当粉煤灰的掺入比例为 1∶ 65 0、含铬废液 p H为 4.0~5 .5、接触时间为 40 min时 ,粉煤灰可同时治理含铬废水中 Cr( )和 Cr( ) ,其中 Cr( )的去除率在 88%左右 ,Cr( )的去除率可达 99%以上。该方法工艺简单 ,成本低廉 ,效果优良 ,具有较好的应用前景。
Using fly ash to adsorb Cr is a good method to treat chrome-containing wastewater. The efficiency of treatment was tested under different conditions, including different quantities of fly ash, acidities of solutions, contacting time and temperatures. It was found that, at the room temperature, with the acidity of pH=4~5.5, the removing rates can be higher than 99% for Cr(Ⅲ) and about 88% for Cr(Ⅵ) when the ratio of Cr and fly ash is 650 and the contacting time over 40 minutes.The method is simple and low cost, providing a new measure for the treatment of Cr-containing effluents.
