EIA (Environment Impact Assessment)is the main way of environmental protection management for construction projects. Therefor, to grantee the realities of EIA report,which usually was done by administrators own,is very important for environmental protection management. Now the task is transferred to the evaluation agencies,which belong to government at present and will enter to market in the near future.On the basis of analyzing the work of EIA report evaluation from its past,present to its future,and exploiting new areas in services of environment protection technical evaluation were discussed,and it will play more important roles for the environment administration.
