新生儿与母体血脂、血清脂蛋白水平的相关性研究

A STUDY ON THE CORRELATIVITY OF THE LEVELS OF BLOOD-LIPID AND SERUM LIPOPROTEIN BETWEEN NEW-BORN INFANTS AND THEIR MOTHERS

应用相关回归分析法对102例新生儿与母体血脂、血清脂蛋白水平的相关性进行研究。结果表明母血HDL-C、HDL_2-C、VLDL-C、TC、TG水平与新生儿脐血水平呈正相关,LDL-C无相关性,提示遗传因素对血脂似有一定影响。

The correlativity of the levels of blood-lipid and serum lipoprotein between 102 new-born infarcts and their mothers was studied by correlative regression analysis. The results showed that there presents the remarbbly positive relationship of the levels of HDL-C, HDL_2-C, VLDL-C, TC, TG and no relationship of LDL-C between the new-born infants and their mothers, These findings indicate that the level of blood-lipid seems to be affected by the genetic factors.
