黄色肉芽肿性肾盂肾炎(附4例报告)

XANTHOGRANULOMATOUS PYELONEPHRITIS:—REPORT OF 4 CASES

报告黄色肉芽肿性肾盂肾炎4例。男1例,女3例;年龄32～50岁;均为右肾病变。主要临床表现为患侧腰痛,低热,膀胱刺激症状,血尿。均行病肾切除治疗,效果良好。结合病例对该病的病因,病理临床表现,诊断及治疗等方面进行了讨论。

Four patients with xanthogranulomatous pyelonephritis in the right kidney are reported. There were 1 male and 3 females, their ages ranging from 32 to 50 years. The main clinical manifestations were right lumbodynia, slight fever, hematuria and bladder stimulation syndrome. Nephrectomy was performed in all patients, and satisfied results were got. The etiology, pathology, clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment of the disease are discussed with reference to related cases.
