胆囊小隆起性病变20例报告

TWENTY CASES OF SMALL PROTUBERANT CHANGES IN GALLBLADDER

报告胆囊小隆起性病变20例,均经临床及病理证实,就其与胆囊癌的关系、诊断、鉴别诊断,发病情况及治疗等问题进行讨论。由于胆囊小隆起性病变与胆囊癌关系密切,因此,早期发现早期治疗,对提高胆囊癌的治愈率有重要意义。

Twenty cases of small protuberant pathological changes in the gallbladder were confirmed clinically and pathologically. In this paper discussed are their relations with cholecystic cancer,diagnosis,differential diagnosis and pathogenesis. It was found that the disease was closely related to cholecystic cancer, so early discovery and treatment mean a great deal to the cure of cholecystic cancer.
