儿童糖尿病30例临床分析

CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF THIRTY CHILDREN WITH DIABETES MELLITUS

30例儿童糖尿病患者年龄2～14岁,83.3％病前有感染史,起病多较急,年龄越小“三多一少”症状越不典型,多以酮症酸中毒昏迷就诊,其中20％被误诊。建议采用小剂量胰岛素静脉滴注治疗。

Thirty children 2 to 14 years of age suffered from diabetes mellitus. Eight three point three percent of the cases had the infectious history before falling ill and the onset was acute.The younger the children were, the less typical were the symptoms of overeating, overdrinking, polyuria and loss in weight. Most of the children were sought medical advice with diabetic keloacidosis coma, and 20 percent of them were mistaken in diagnosis. It is suggested that the injection of insulin in small doses by intravenous drip in the treatment should be adopted.
