摘要
介绍了改性PP桌腿的形状 ,研究了多模腔桌腿模具的结构及运行特征 ,阐述了温控系统的选择 ,分析了注射工艺条件对制品的影响。试验结果表明 ,按照所列出的工艺条件进行调试 ,生产出的制品无流痕、无收缩凹陷。
The shape of modified PP table leg was introduced,the mould structure and run characteristics of multi-cavity table leg were studied,the choice of the temperature control system was elaborated and the effect of technical conditions on the products was analyzed. According to technical conditions supplied,the products had no flow mark and shrinkage depression, the surface was glossy.
