摘要
本文报导了127株痢疾杆菌耐药谱和R质粒检测情况。耐三种药物以上的菌株占70.87%。R质粒总检出率为51.97%。福氏志贺氏菌的耐药谱及R^+均高于其他菌群,是本菌群流行的原因之一。进一步阐明了滥用广谱抗生素的危害性。介绍应用萘啶酸治疗菌痢。
The article reports the drug-resistant spectrum of 127 strains of shigella dysenteriae and the detection of R plagmids from these strains. Seven zero point eight seven percent of strains had the ability to resist more than three drugs. The general rate of the detection of R plasmids was 51.97 percent. The drug-resistant spectrum of the skigella flexneri and these shigella with R plaumids were wider than those of the other floras, which was one of the reasons of the prevalence of the epidemic diseases. The authors further expound the perniciousness of the abuse of the broad-spectrum antibiotics. It is recommended that nalidixic acid be used to treat bacillary dysentery.
