络德治疗原发性高血压临床效果观察

Clinical Observation of Treatment of Primitive Hypertension by Luode

目的 探讨络德治疗原发性高血压的临床效果及其安全性。 方法 对同期入院 16 4例原发性高血压患者经 14d安慰剂清洗后随机分成两组 ,治疗组口服络德 10mg～ 2 0mg ,2次 /d ,对照组口服倍他乐克12 5mg～ 2 5mg ,2次 /d ,观察 5 6d。 结果 与用药前相比 ,两组用药后 14d～ 5 6d血压均较前明显下降 ,络德降压总有效率 83 3%,显效率 6 1 4 %;倍他乐克降压总有效率 77 5 %,显效率 5 6 7%。 结论 络德是一种有效且副作用小的治疗原发性高血压药物。

Objective explore Luode's clinical effect and its safety in treating primitive hypertension.Methods after 14 days of placebo treatment 164 cases are randomly divided into two groups, for treatment group,orally take Luode 10mg～20mg,bid, for control group,orally take Betaleke 12.5mg～25mg,bid.observed for 56 days.Results compared with premedication,the two group's postmedication blood pressure all decreased after 14～56days,Luode's total effective rate is 83.3%,effective rate is 61.4%,that of Betaleke are respectively 77.5% and 56.7%.Conclusion Luode is an effective and less side-effects medicine for primative hypertension.
