摘要
本文介绍了将双极膜电渗析应用于威尔曼洛得法净化低浓度二氧化硫烟气的工艺。用国产双极膜和阴、阳离子交换膜组成电渗析器,通过实验考察了双极膜性能,并测定了碱室电流频率,得出在电流密度为53.38mA/cm2时,能获得80%以上的电流效率和较快的转化速率。提出了国产双极膜材料在实际应用中应克服的缺点和研究的方向。
This paper introduces the Wellman-Lord process of purifying sulfur dioxide at low concentration from flue gases using the method of bipolar membrane electrodialysis. The properties of the bipolar membrane are investigated and the current efficiency of alkali cell is calculated by means of electradialysis device with domestic bipolar membrane and ion-exchange membrane. It is concluded that high electric current coefficient (>80%) and conversion rate could be obtained at high electric current density (53.38mA/cm2). This paper also present the problems needed to be solved in the practice and research aspects for the membrane materials.
