摘要
建立黄孢原毛平革菌不同菌种对模式染料脱色降解的反应体系,研究培养基重要组分对反应效率的可能影响。表明:Mn2+的存在对染料的脱色的影响不大,主要是LiP的作用;MnO2对脱色反应有一定的抑制效应;氮限制有利于菌的降解活动,但氮丰富时虽然反应启动慢,最终结果仍较好;葡萄糖的浓度依赖于菌种和染料品种,最佳浓度是0.8%。
By establishing the reaction system for decolorization and degradation of model dyes by various strains of Phanerochaete chrysosporium, the influence of some important components in culture midium on reaction efficiencies was investigated. The study showed:Mn2+ had no great effect on decolorization of dyes, LiP playing a key role; nitrogen limitation was beneficial to reaction, but when nitrogen is rich the final results were similar, though the initiation of reaction was slower; the concentrations of glucose were dependent on strains and dye species, its optimum concentration was 0.8%.
