摘要
目的:拟建立多媒体显微成像分析系统在动态、活体观察性传播性疾病的主要病原体———支原体的实验方法,探讨其临床应用价值。方法:应用多媒体显微成像分析系统直接镜检动态观察支原体,并与培养法实验结果对照。结果:多媒体显微成像分析系统可以清晰地观察支原体,镜检法与培养法结果高度一致。结论:镜检方法采用直接取样涂片,无需染色,即可快速观察支原体,为临床实验室病原体检测提供一个全新的检测技术。
Objective:To establish a new method for detecting the significant pathogen my coplasma in sexually transmitted disease(STD)by multimedia microscopy and to discuss its clinical application.Method:Samples were smeared without being stained and were detected directly by mul-timedia microscopy,the results were contrasted to culture results.Results:The results of microscopic examination is concordant with culture results.Conclusions :Microscopic examination is a new method for detecting mycoplasma quickly.
