红细胞及血小板显微镜下聚集与心脑血管疾病的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨活血镜下分析红细胞血小板聚集与心脑血管疾病的关系。方法:在患者指尖取一小滴血,制成活血片,直接置多媒体显微成像分析系统镜下观察红细胞和血小板的聚集程度。结果:病变组193例中,发生红细胞聚集的阳性率为74.6%,血小板聚集率为61.6%,对照组250例,红细胞聚集率仅为25.6%,血小板聚集率为26.8%。结论:采用多媒体显微成像分析系统镜下观察红细胞和血小板的聚集程度,可以早期发现亚健康状态的细胞流变学的改变,提供早期预防心脑血管病的发生和发展的检验数据。为心脑血管病的监测、治疗、预后及疗效观察提供一个新的早期、快速辅助的诊断方法。 Objective:To discuss the link of cardiovascular disease and erythrocyte morpholgy and platelet aggregation analysis by Microscope.Method:Get a drop of blood from finger and make a blood slide then observe erythrocyte and platelet aggregation directly by multimedia microscopy.Re -sults:The erythrocyte aggregation rate of the193cardiovascular disease case is74.6%and platelet aggregation rate is61.6%.The erythrocyte aggregation rate of the treating group is25.6%,and platelet aggregation rate is26.8%.Conclusions :To observe erythrocyte and platelet aggregation by multimedia microscopy can find earlier cytorheology alteration and supply data for preventing cardio-vascular disease from taking place or developing.It is a earlier and quick method for cardiovascular disease cure and prognosis.
