广东云浮硫铁矿综合利用试验总结

摘要 在南化(集团)公司研究院硫酸中试车间的φ1720mm沸腾焙烧炉中,对含硫49%的云浮硫精砂进行了焙烧试验。炉焙烧强度:12t酸/d·m^2,沸腾层气速:0.82~0.93m/s,焙烧温度:880~960℃,炉气氧含量分别为:0.3%~0.5%、0.5%~1.0%、1.5%~2.0%,矿在沸腾层内平均停留时间84min。炉气SO_2浓度15.8%~14.4%,SO_30.03%~0.3%,升华硫0.000%~0.005%。渣、尘中总铁>63%,总硫<0.3%;其它杂质含量均低于冶金部制定的炼铁原料杂质限量的标准。试验表明用高品位硫精砂作为制酸原料,不仅对制酸工艺有利,而且烧渣及烟尘可作为炼铁原料,避免对环境的污染。 The experiments on roasting Yunfu oyrite concentrate containing S 49% were carried out in a pilot fluidized bed roaster of 1720mm in diameter.The pyrite was roasted at 880-960C with a resident time of 34min in the bed and a roasting capacity of 12t H2SO4/m2.d. The gas velocity through the bed ranged from 0.82 to 0.93m/s and its oxygen content was controlled at 0.3%-O.5%,0.5%-1.0% and l.5%-2.0%, respectively. The roaster gas contained 15.8%-14.9% SO2, 0.03%-0.3% SO3 and 0.000%-0.005% sulphur vapour. In the cinder and dust, the total Fe content was >63%, total S <0.3% and all the other impurities were lower than the prescript limits in the iron-making raw material standard issued by the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry. The experiments showed that use of high-sulphur pyrite concentrate is not only advantageous to production of sulphuric acid, but also to comprehensive utilization of cinder and dust for ironmaking raw material and elimination of environmental pollution.
