摘要
SS920不锈钢能在高温浓硫酸中生成稳定钝化膜,在100℃、93％硫酸中的腐蚀率<0.01mm/a,在130℃时<0.035mm/a。机械性能与904L,316L等不锈钢相似,可生产铸件和锻材,用该材料试制的浓硫酸泵轴套用于贵溪冶炼厂,情况良好。
SS920 stainless steel exhibits a good corrosion resistance to high temperature concentrated H2SO4 by forming a layer of steady passvating film on the metal surface. Its corrosion rates in 93% H2SO4 were <0.01mm/a at 100℃ and < 0.035mm/a at 130℃. It has similar mechanical properties to 904L and 316L stainless steel and is easy to be cast and worked, SS920 steel shaft sleeve was used in Guixi Smelter and worked satisfactorily.
