摘要 在越来越激烈的成品油终端市场竞争中 ,只有及时了解并满足顾客需求 ,成品油销售企业才能获得生存与发展。从成品油最终顾客出发 ,分析顾客需求之相关因素及重要性程度 ,综合运用层次分析法和矩阵分析法 ,建立成品油终端市场顾客需求模型 ,从而为成品油销售企业认识和满足顾客需求提供了客观科学的依据。 The competition in terminal market of finished oil has been very keen. For maintaining existence and gaining development, the marketer of finished oil should understand and satisfy the customer's demands duly. Starting from the terminal customers of finished oil, this paper analyzes the correlative factors and importance degree of customer's demands, and constructs customer's demand model for terminal market of finished oil by using level and matrix analysis methods, so as to provide marketer of finished oil with objective scientific basis for knowing and satisfying customer's demands.
