摘要
以PVA为包埋剂对黄孢原毛平革菌进行固定,并建立包埋颗粒对染料比布列希猩红的反应体系。表明:PVA浓度为10%较适合;交联剂H3BO3的pH为6 7有利于成球;海藻酸钠的加入可防止粘连发生;复合包埋、冷冻法、Al2(SO4)3处理小球或在培养基中添加CaCO3等,均能或提高小球的机械强度或促进降解反应,但有时也会引起负面效应。
Phanerochaete chrysosporium was entrapped with PVA and the reaction system for dye Biebrich Scarlet with entrapment particles was set up.The study showed:the appropriate concentration of PVA was 10%; pH67 of crosslinking agent H3BO3 was of benefit to the forming of beads; the addition of sodium alginate could prevent agglomeration;the complex-supports-entrapment,the freezing mehthod,the treatment of beads with Al2(SO4)3 or the supplemnt of CaCO3 in culture medium ect.could increase the strength of beads or promote the degrading of dye,but it was possible that they also caused some negative effects.
