Function Design on Safety of Hydraulic High-altitude Operation Equipment

通过实例,简单介绍了如何进行高空液压设备中有关安全的设计,在此例设计中为了保证高空作业人员和设备的安全,在液压系统中采取了各种有关措施。这些措施比较典型,对类似的高空设备中的液压设计有一定的参考价值。

A design method on safety of hydraulic system of high-altitude operation equipment was introduced by a few of examples,in which some arrangements were taken to ensure the high altitude operation safety of operators and equipment.These typical examples were good references to the similar designs.By various comprehensive measures,the safety of ship used hydraulic platform was ensured reliably.The normal running of all kinds of systems for several years proved the reliability of this product safety design.This article analyzed comprehensively all kinds of possibilities of unsafety in the high-altitude hydraulic design,then came up with some concrete demands.According to these concrete demands,the hydraulic system was designed to ensure operation safety of operators and equipment.
