摘要
对一体式膜生物反应器的硝化负荷能力进行了探讨,同时对反应器中膜污染的情况及原因,污泥质量浓度的变化情况及其原因进行了分析。在污泥质量浓度仅为6g/L的情况下,进水氨氮质量浓度为1 5g/L,容积负荷为1 6kg/(m3·d)的废水的去除率在90%以上。污泥质量浓度应控制在一定范围,过高或过低都不利用于氨氮的去除,对于污泥层引起的膜污染可用空曝气的方法解决。
A membrane nitrification bioreactor was constructed with hollow fibre membrane in a plastic column.The nitrification ability of this reactor was evaluated in this paper.The work situation of the reactor,the reasons of membrance fouling and the changes of sludge concentration on time were studied.When the reactor worked in synthetic wastewater ,ammonia removal over 90% was obtained at a load of 16kg/(m3·d) and the concentration of NH4-N of 15g/L.Membrane fouling in the reactor was discussed.
