Biodiesel Oil Preparation from Rape Oil Foots

摘要 以油脚为原料制取生物柴油及副产品甘油,分离菜籽油油脚中的菜籽油条件:溶剂/油脚(质量分数)为2,室温下萃取分离,搅拌时间30min,分离出菜籽油量为12 5%、皂化值为161 4;通过正交实验得到菜籽油与甲醇醇解制取生物柴油的最佳工艺条件:甲醇/油为6,反应温度40℃,催化剂用量1%,脂肪酸甲酯的得率87 4%;以油脚为原料制备的生物柴油,其主要性能指标冷滤点为-11℃,大大低于0#柴油的4℃的指标(优级品),其他性能指标与0#柴油接近,与其它柴油组分的调和性也很好。 Biodiesel oil and by-product glycerin could be made from rape oil foots,a solvent was used to separate rape oils from rape oil foots.The weight ratio of solvent to rape oil foots was 2∶1.Extraction temperature was room temperature and extraction time 30 minutes.125% rape oils could be gained from rape foot at this conditions and the rape oil′s saponification-number was 1614.A hydrolysis method with alcohol was used to produce biodiesel.Three principal variables,molar of methanol to rape oil,amount of catalyst and reaction temperature,affected the yield of methyl ester (biodiesel) from rape oil foots.The optium technology factors and notable degree of their effects were:molar ratio of methanol to oil (6∶1,effect notable),reaction temperature(40℃,effect notable),and amount of catalyst(1%).It was showed that fatty acid methyl ester yield was 874% at best technology conditions.The biodiesel major properties resembled that of 0# diesel oil.Its cold-filter-pour-point was -11℃.It was much lower than that of 0# diesel oil which was about 4℃.
