耐火浇注料具有整体性强、强度高、耐高温、耐磨损等优点,且施工简易,无需现场配料。在武穴磷肥厂硫酸装置的沸腾炉中,以耐火浇注料代替耐火砖作炉衬,使用已两年半,情况良好。

QNN-l cast refractory has the advantages of entire structure, higher strength, high temperature-and wear-resistance.The construction is simple without burdening at site. A fluidized bed roaster was lined with the cast refractory instead of refractory brick in Wuxue Phosphate Fertilizer and operated satisfactorily with the liner for 2 years.
