摘要
报道了用改换溶剂降温结晶的手段,降低萘系减水剂中硫酸钠含量的新方法,研究了原始减水剂的浓度,加入Alco的量、静置时间等因素对Na_2SO_4析出的状态、析出量的影响,结果表明在5℃左右,静置20h,在原始萘系减水剂的浓度35%左右,加入Alco的体积约为15%时,Na_2SO_4呈块状结晶析出,产品中Na_2SO_4的含量从原来25%降低至10—12%,效果比较理想。
Content of Na2SO4 in highly effective water- reducing agent of Naphthalene series can be abated by means of changing solvent and falling temperature. It has been studied that influence of Na2SO4 educe state and amount of ALCO and stewing time. The result is that when ALCO volume percentage is about 15% and original concentration of water reducing agent is about 35% , Na2SO4 can separate out with massive crystallized product at 5℃ and stewing 20 hours, Na2SO4 content is about 10-12% in the highly effective water -reducing agent .The outcome turn trumps.
