摘要
目的优选复方人参口服液中6味药材的最佳提取工艺并验证提取物的免疫活性。方法以总多糖含量为指标,通过正交试验设计,优化提取工艺条件,并通过免疫活性试验确定其免疫活性。结果复方人参口服液的最佳提取工艺为料液比为1:8,煎煮3次每次1h;体内免疫活性试验表明复方人参口服液能提高环磷酰胺致免疫活性低下小鼠的单核巨噬细胞吞噬功能、血清溶菌酶浓度、血清及肝组织中酸性磷酸酶活力。结论本工艺条件可有效提高复方人参口服液中总多糖的含量,且复方人参口服液具有良好的免疫活性。
Objective:Selecte the best extraction technology of 6 kinds of medicinal herbs from compound ginseng oral liquid and verify the immune activity of the extract.Methods:With the content of total polysaccharide as the index,the extraction process conditions were optimized by orthogonal design,and the immune activity was determined by immunological activity test.Results:The optimum extraction technology of compound ginseng oral liquid was as follows:the ratio of material to liquid was 1:8 and the decoction was 3 times for 1 hour.The immune activity test in vivo showed that compound ginseng oral liquid could improve the phagocytic function of monocyte macrophage,the concentration of serum lysozyme and the activity of acid phosphatase in serum and liver tissue of mice with immunosuppression induced by cyclophosphamide.Conclusion:This process can effectively increase the content of total polysaccharides in compound ginseng oral liquid,and compound ginseng oral liquid has good immune activity.
