摘要
目的:通过布施不同沙土比例处理,覆黑膜穴栽当归,初步探讨土质对当归根系生长及产量的影响。方法:在大田试验条件下,设置2个处理组、1个对照,测定根部生长指标、产量等指标,并进行单因素方差分析、多重比较等。结果:处理组均能促进根系生长,且有不同程度的丰产、增收效果;随着含沙量的增多,当归的产量和经济效益均随之增加。结论:处理II(沙土比1:1)对于当归的根系生长有显著的促进作用,鲜货产量、经济效益(鲜)较对照组提高了139.50%;干货产量、经济效益(干),提高了174.88%。
Objective Through different sand-soil ratio treatments, point-planted Angelica sinensis with black membrane, to preliminary discuss the effect of soil quality on roots growth and yield of Angelica sinensis. Methods Under field test conditions, two treatment groups and one control group were set up,to measure roots growth, yield and other index, with one-way ANOVA and LSD. Results The treatment groups could promote roots growth, increase yield and economic benefits. The yield and economic benefits of Angelica sinensis were promoted with the increase of the soil sediment content. Conclusion Treatment II(sand-soil ratio 1:1) could significantly promote the roots growth of Angelica sinensis. The output of fresh produce and economic benefits(fresh) increased by 139.50% compared with the control group. The output of dry goods and economic benefits(dry) increased by 174.88%.
