摘要
本文研究了北柴胡组织培养中获得高频愈伤诱导的优化技术,优选出适合北柴胡组织培养的最佳外植体、培养基、植物激素及培养条件等。此研究为今后采用北柴胡组织培养技术扩大北柴胡药用资源奠定了坚实基础。
The optimization techniques for obtaining high-frequency callus induction in the tissue culture of Bupleurum chinense DC. were studied. The optimal explants, culture media, plant hormones and culture conditions suitable for tissue culture of Bupleurum chinense were gotten. A strong foundation was established for the expansion of Bupleurum chinense medicinal resources by using tissue culture technology in the future.
