摘要
植物源抑菌剂的来源十分广泛,且因不易引起耐药性而倍受关注。本研究通过对红豆杉树叶提取浸膏提取液对于5种常见病原细菌、6种酵母菌及7种丝状菌具有较好的抑制活性;该研究对提取后的红豆杉废料-浸膏开发再利用,可有效解决红豆杉材料的浪费及环境污染问题,以及今后为开发康糖尿病足的试剂奠定基础。
The source of bacteriostatic agents derived from plant is very extensive,it is not easy to cause drug resistance.In this study,the extract of Taxus leaves has good inhibitory activity to 5 common pathogenic bacteria,6 yeasts and 7 filamentous bacteria.The study on the extraction and reutilization of taxus waste can effectively solve the waste and environmental pollution of taxus and lay the foundation for the development of the reagents to the diabetic foot.
