生晒参不同提取物对免疫功能低下小鼠免疫功能的影响

Effects of different extracts of white ginseng on immune function in immunocompromised mice

目的研究生晒参不同提取物对环磷酰胺所致免疫功能低下小鼠的免疫调节作用。方法利用环磷酰胺作为免疫抑制剂,检测生晒参不同提取物对免疫功能低下小鼠的各项指标。结果生晒参水提物与醇提物可以明显提高免疫功能低下小鼠的器官指数、白细胞数、细胞免疫及单核-巨噬细胞免疫功能。结论生晒参不同提取物可以不同程度恢复免疫功能低下小鼠的免疫功能,其中水提物效果更好。

objective: To study the immunomodulatory effects of different extracts of white ginseng immune function in immunocompromised mice induced by cyclophosphamide. Methods Cyclophosphamide was used as immunosuppressant to detect the indexes of mice with low immune function. Results The water extract and alcohol extract of white ginseng could significantly improve the organ indexes, the number of white blood cells, the cellular immunity and the immune function of mononuclear macrophage in immunocompromised mice. Conclusion Different extracts of white ginseng can restore the immune function of mice with low immune function to different extent, and the water extract is more effective.
