日光温室栽培模式下不同种质来源人参单体皂苷及氨基酸对比分析 被引量:7

摘要 本实验旨在为首次采用日光温室栽培的新品系人参的质量和前景提供理论依据、指出该地区是否适宜推进日光温室栽培模式及日光温室栽培人参是否达到《中国药典》标准。实验中对日光温室栽培模式下6个不同种质来源人参的20种单体皂苷及16种氨基酸进行测定与初步评价。结果表明不同种质日光温室栽参品系间差异较大、品系内差异较小。野参I的皂苷总加和值和氨基酸总加和值均显著高于其他品系,是较有前途的品系。从测得的各项数据均呈现较高且稳定的态势可得出结论:该地区较适宜推进日光温室栽培人参的模式。 The purpose of this experiment is to provide a theoretical basis for the quality and prospects of the new strain ginseng which cultivated in the solar greenhouse for the first time,to indicate whether it is suitable for promoting the solar greenhouse cultivation mode,and whether the ginseng cultivated in the solar greenhouse Reach the Chinese Pharmacopoeia’s standard..In the experiment,20 kinds of monomeric saponins and 16 kinds of amino acids of ginseng from 6 different germplasm sources in solar greenhouse cultivation mode were determined and evaluated.The results showed that the differences between the strains were large and the differences within the strains were small.The wild ginseng I’s total sum of saponins and the total sum of amino acids were significantly higher than other strains,and it was a promising strain.From the measured data showing a high and stable situation,it can be concluded that the region is more suitable for promoting the cultivation of ginseng in solar greenhouses.
