The Design of Low Surge Return Channels in Centrifugal Compressors

在理论分析的基础上,对离心压缩机回流器的设计及其对级性能的影响规律等方面进行讨论,推荐一种能够显著降低级的喘振极限的回流器叶型——最小扩压度载荷叶型,并给出该种叶型回流器的准二无数值设计方法。

The design of return channels in centrifugal compressors and its effects on stage performances etc. were discussed, on the basis of test investigations and theoretical analyses in this paper. A kind of blade profiles of return channels, the least diffusibility blade load profile, was proposed. the blade profile can notably reduce the stage surge limitation. And the quasi-2D numerical design method of the reture channels with the blade profiles was proveided.
