滚动活塞式压缩机的运动规律与振动分析

摘要 分析了引起滚动活塞式压缩机振动的各运动件受力和力矩情况,并从中得出曲拐和滚动活塞的运动规律和压缩机振动的加速度及角加速度。为验证计算,实测了滚动活塞式压缩机的振动。结果表明,理论计算与实测大致相符。 Paper analyses all the inertia forces and inertia moments acting on each moving parts which will cause the vibration of the rolling-piston rotary compressor. The rotatory behaviors of the crankshaft and the rolling-piston are got, and also the acceleration and angular acceleration of the compressor vibrating movement are obtained. To check the calculated results, the vibration of a rolling-piston rotary compressor are measured. Since the theoretical calculated results simulate the measured results.
