摘要
分析了现今单作用往复压缩机曲轴箱容积效能未被利用的缺陷,介绍了作者开发的以吸气阀、排气孔口取代现今曲轴箱呼吸孔的具有充、放气过程的准双作用空压机。该压缩机盖、轴两侧均为工作腔,后者作前者的容积型增压器,其工作循环由传统的膨胀—吸气—压缩—排气分别变为膨胀—吸气—充气—压缩—排气、膨胀—吸气—压缩—放气。
This paper points out the shortage of the effect-iveness of the volum of the crank case not being, used in the single action reciprocating air compessor used today, The quasi-double-action air compressor which has two procedures of chare and bleed air is being developped by using suction valve and dischurge hole instead of the breath hole of the crankease. The both sides of the piston are all become working cavity and the luner cylinder of the piston became the booster pump of the outer cylinder. The tradionai cirele of expanding——suetion—compres—sion—discharge hecame expanding—saction—charge—compression—discharge and expanding—suction—compresson—bleed air.
