强调我国中小型硫铁矿制酸企业在目前形势下存在的必要性,分析降低这些企业的生产成本、提高其竞争力的几个要素:降低原料矿和水电费的支出,优化系统工艺配置,加强管理,加强矿渣和废热的综合利用。

The necessity for the existence of medium-and small-size sulphuric acid plants based on pyrite in China at the moment is emphasized and some important factors for improving their competitiveness are analyzed, including decrease in costs of raw material pyrite ore, water and power requirement, optimization of process configuration , and strengthening management and comprehensive utilization of cinder and waste heat.
