摘要
研究了孕育剂和合金元素对灰铸铁性能的影响。试验结果表明 :在灰铸铁中加入 0 2 %~ 0 2 5 %Cr和 0 4 %~ 0 5 %Cu ,采用 6 0 %BaSi+40 %SiFe复合孕育剂孕育处理 ,可以使灰铸铁强度到达 2 5 0MPa以上 ,灰铸铁的硬度提高 ,组织均匀性得到改善。用所研制的铸铁材料制造的无缸套缸体具有良好的强度指标和硬度指标。经激光处理后 。
The effects of inoculants and alloying elements on the properties of gray cast iron are studied.The results show that when 60% BaSi+40%SiFe is used as inoculant and 0.2%~0.25% Cr and 0.4%~0.5% Cu are added,the tensile strength of gray cast iron is more than 250 MPa and its hardness is increased and the metallographic structure in the section of castings is more uniform.The cylinder block made of this kind of gray cast iron has excellent strength and hardness and the inner surface of the block treated by laser possesses high wear-resistance.
