高压氧对脑梗死患者记忆、智力、日常生活能力的影响

Influence of hyperbaric oxygen on the value of memory quotient,Hastgawa dementia scale and activities of daily living scale in patients with cerebral infarction

目的:评价高压氧治疗脑梗死的效果。探讨脑梗死患者高压氧治疗前后记忆商数(MQ)、长谷川智力量表(HDS)、日常生活能力量表(ADL)得分的变化情况,以及这些指标的应用价值。方法:将60例脑梗死患者随机分为高压氧综合治疗组和药物对照组,两组均以疗效标准判断疗效,并测定两组患者治疗前后MQ、HDS、ADL得分。结果:高压氧组有效率为86.67%,对照组有效率为63.33%,高压氧组有效率明显高于对照组。治疗后两组患者MQ、HDS得分均较治疗前增加,高压氧组MQ、HDS得分明显高于对照组;ADL得分两组均较治疗前减少,两组比较无显著性差异。结论:高压氧综合治疗脑梗死效果明显优于单纯药物治疗。MQ、HDS得分可作为脑梗死患者病情变化及高压氧综合治疗效果判定的参考指标。

Objective:To evaluate the effect of hyperbaric oxygen treatment on patient with cerebral infarction.To study the changes of the value memory quotient(MQ)?Hastgawa dementia scale(HDS)and activities of daily living scale(ADL)in patients with cerebral infarction pre-and post hyperbaric oxygen treatment and its value.Method:60patients with cerebral infarction were divided into two groups randomely,hyperbaric oxygen treatment group and control group.The result were evaluated with the Assessment Standard of the Fourth National Scholarship Confer-ence of the Cerebral Vessel Disease and the values of MQ?HDS?ADL in60patients were measured pre-and post a course of treament.Result:The total effective rate of hyperbaric oxygen treatment groups was86.67%,that of con-trol group was63.33%,hyperbaric oxygen treatment group had a good recovery.After a course of treatment,the value of MQ,HDS increased in both groups,but there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05),hyperbaric oxygen treatment group was obvious higher than control group.After the treatment the value of ADL was not changed between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:①The treating effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined with drug is much better than that of drug only.②The value of MQ,HDS can be used as a index for estimation of the de-gree of cerebral infarction and therapeutic efficacy of hyperbaric oxygen.
