摘要
目的:研究一种新型的超声定位脊柱三维空间运动分析仪———ZebrisCMS70P测量正常人以及脊柱侧凸患者脊柱形态的可靠性和重复性。方法:正常人5例,脊柱侧凸患者5例,以及5名骨科医师进行Zebris日内测量精度和日间测量精度的精度检测。已知长度和角度的物体固定放置,进行长度测量精度和角度测量精度监测以及同一受试对象不同测试者测量误差检测。结果:同一样本同一天内不同时段测量结果无显著差异,连续5天同一时段测量结果无显著差异。同一受试对象由5名骨科医师连续进行测量,结果无显著差异。长度测量精度为0.958%,角度测量精度为6.114%。结论:Zebris对脊柱形态测量可靠性和重复性较好,是一种无创性检测手段。
Objective:To report the reproducibility and reliability of Zebris CMS70P,a new ultrasonography-based system for spatial kinematics analysis of the spine and its application in measuring spine shape of scoliosis patients and healthy subjects.Method:To study reproducibility in one day,5healthy individuals and5scoliosis patients were tested five times within one day by a same orthopedic surgeon.To study reproducibility in different days,the same10subjects were tested five times at the same time in five successive days by a same orthopedic surgeon.To study precision of measuring length and degree,an object known length and degree was measured ten times successively by a same surgeon.To study difference of one subject measured by different surgeons,five surgeons measured the same object known length and degree,each surgeon measured five times.Result:No significant differences were indicated in the tests held in one day and in successive five days.Also no significant differences were indicated among the results obtained by five different surgeons from one object.The precision of measuring length was0.958%.The precision of measuring degree was6.114%.Conclusion:CMS70P is well reproducible and reliable,and is an univasive method.
