摘要
本文建立了一种多杀菌素的高效液相色谱定量分析方法。以甲醇+乙腈+水为流动相,C18和紫外检测器进行测定。结果表明本方法的标准偏差为0.0026,变异系数为0.30%,相关系数r=0.9998,平均回收率为99.92%。
A quantitative analytical method was established for spinosad by HPLC,using methanol and acetonitrile and water as mobile phase,C18 column and ultroviolet detector.The results showed that the standard deviation was0.0026,the coefficient of variation was0.30%,linear correlation was0.9998,the average recovery was99.92%.
