An Analysis and Study of Mode and Influence Factor of Critical Speed for Dish Centri fuge

通过对碟片分离机各阶主振型的研究和分析,指出了振型分析在整机平衡中的重要作用;论述了碟片分离机各阶临界转速的影响因素以及如何正确地选择结构参数,使设计的转子系统的各阶临界转速符合预定的要求。

In this paper, the principal, modes of dish centrifuge are studied and analysed and the importance of modal analysis for whole unit balancing is presented. The method of selection of the influence faction for the first and the secend critical speeds is also described. It is concluded that the modified approach yields highly satisfactory results for design.
