摘要
在MS中加入不同浓度的 6 -苄基腺呤 (BA)α -奈乙酸 (NAA) ,配置成 7种培养基 ,对杭白菊进行茎尖培养。结果表明 ,较高浓度的BA和较低浓度的NAA有利于芽的诱导 ,其中以MS +BA 2 0mg L +NAA 0 1mg L诱导芽的效果最好 ;较低浓度的BA和较高浓度的NAA有利于根的诱导 ,其中以MS +BA0 1mg L +NAA1 0mg L诱导芽的效果较好 ;以不加植物生长调节物质的MS诱导的根量最大 ,但根较细。
The shoot of Hangzhou White Chrysanthemum was cultured in seven kinds of MS media with different amount of BA and NAA. The results showed that a larger amount of BA and less amount NAA benefit to theinduction of shoots, and a less amount of BA and larger amount of NAA benefit to the induction of roots. Among them, MS+BA 2.0 mg/ L+ NAA 0.1 mg/L is the best to induce the shoots and MS+ BA 0.1 mg/ L+ the NAA 1.0 mg/ L is optimal to induce the roots, and the largest number of roots was produced in MS medium without hormones, but the roots are fine and long.
