摘要
以均匀设计实验方法研究了高纯大豆磷脂的提取实验。通过灰色关联分析确定了主要影响因素,用回归分析方法建立了主要因素的回归模型。通过优化获取了最佳实验条件,并通过实验验证了提取高纯大豆磷脂的优化条件为:搅拌速度6000 r/min、提取时间10min、磷脂与溶剂体积比1:5,提取次数3次,可获得纯度为99.2%的大豆磷脂。
Unitonn design method was adopted to research the extraction experiment of high purity lecithin. Main effect factors were confirmed by Grey relation analysis. Regression equation about main effect factor was established by regression analysis. The optimal experiment conditions were achieved by optimization treatment and confirmed by experiment. Under the optimal conditions of stir rate 6 000 r/min, extraction time 10 minutes, volume ratio oi soybean lecithin and solvent 1 :5,extracted three limes, the lecithin with 99.2% content was obtained.
