Thermal and Mechanical Deformations of Herringbone Spiral Groove Mechanical Seal

用有限元法分析了人字形螺旋槽机械密封的热变形和力变形。建立了计算密封环温度分布的模型,用有限元法求得了密封环温度分布;建立了计算密封环力变形、热变形的模型、调用SAP5——线性系统静力和动力响应结构分析有限元程序,计算了密封环的力变形、热变形。

Using finite element method, the thermal and mechanical deformations of herringbone spiral groove mechanical seal are analyzed. The models calculating temperature distribution, mechanical deformation and thermal deformation of seal rings is presented. The temperature distribution, mechanical deformation and thermal deformation of seal ring are calculated.
