粘胶纤维厂酸站设备内排风量的计算

THE WIND EXHAUST VOLUME CALCULATION OF EQUIPMENT AT ACID STATION OF VISCOSE RAYON FACTORY

通过对粘胶纤维厂酸站储罐设备内有害气体逸出储罐机理的分析,讨论了局部排风控制有害气体不逸出储罐的原理,指出目前采用的酸站储罐内排风量计算方法的不合理性。同时笔者以控制储罐敞开的人孔不逸出有害气体为着眼点,按一般局部排风量计算的原理,得到出了更为合理的计算方法。

The mechanism why nocuousness gas will discharge from storage vesssel at the acid station is analyzed. Principle that local vent controlls nocuousness gas discharging from storage vessel is also discussed. It points out irrationality of the wind volume calculation at acid station at present. Then it concentrates on nocuousness gas not discharging from the manhole , which makes the storage vessel unlimited . Based on the trational calculation method of the wind exhaust volume calculation, a more reasonable calculation method is offered then .
