Optimal design of structural and processing parameters of extruder based on MATLAB

分析了单螺杆挤压膨化机结构和工艺参数对其性能的影响 ,在此基础上建立了膨化机结构、工艺参数优化设计的数学模型。利用MATLAB提供的最优化函数 。

Effect of extruder structural and processing parameters to performance was analyzed. Mathematical model of optimal design about structural and processing parameters of extruder was founded. The optimum structural and processing parameters of extruder based on majorized function of MATLAB was obtained.
