摘要
介绍了以玉米醇溶蛋白、大豆分离蛋白、芦荟凝胶浓缩液和功能性甜味料 (山梨醇、甘露醇和蛋白糖 )等为原料生产片式玉米营养保健口香糖的生产工艺和操作要点。同时 ,在此工艺基础上对相关生产设备的各种性能进行对比选优 ,配置了一套适合于工厂化生产的生产线 。
Process and operation of zein nutrition and health chewing gum that made from zein, soybean isolate protein, aloe concentration and some function sweetener(sorbitol,mannitol and asparmate) were introduced. On the basis of this technology, the equipments were compared and chosen to forme a production line that could be used. Some main equipments operational principle and operation were outlined.
