摘要 介绍了一种新型的WO3基(电容–压敏双功能)压敏电阻的优点,及阻碍其广泛应用的原因。指出电学性能的不稳定性来源于相结构的两相共存,稀土掺杂可使其相结构单一化,从而稳定其电学性能。有望使我国的钨资源优势转化为产品优势。 A new WO3-based capacitor-varistor is presented. Its advantages and the factors that make it possible to be wildly used are discussed. The instability of electrochemical property is proved to be caused by the co-existence of tow different phase structures. Rare earth doping can make it possible to unify the phase structure; therefore improve the stability of the electrochemical property and furthermore to make a better use of the tungsten resources.
