摘要 在送检的小鹅瘟病料中分离到1株病毒,经NS1基因特异性引物扩增后确定是GPV。用该对引物对从鹅细小病毒野毒感染的病鹅分离的GPV野毒株进行PCR检测,结果该对引物能特异性地扩增出与预期片段大小相符的1.9kb片段。回归试验结果表明,该GPV野毒株的感染潜伏期为8天,病程为1~3天,致死率达100%;对雏鹅半数致死量LD50为3.4。 One wild strain was isolated from the samples of goose plague and the virus was identified as GPV by PCR with special primers of NS1gene.The GPV's wild strain from natural infected goose was dedected by PCR with the primers NS1P1/NS1P2.The result showed that the pair of primers could specially amplify the expected band of1.9kb.The results of regressive tests of GPV wild strain showed that latent period was8d,lasting1~3d after infected,and lethal rate was100%.The50%lethal dose(LD 50 )of the GPV wild strain was3.4.
