A study on household appliance polyester coil coating

采用在聚酯树脂中引入2-丁基-2-乙基-1.3-丙二醇(BEPD),由于其特殊的侧链结构,改善了涂料漆膜的柔韧性,使涂层T弯提高到0-1T,并保持聚酯卷材涂料的综合性能,达到了家电卷材涂料的使用要求。

2 - butyl - 2 - ethyl - 1. 3propylene glycol is used in the polyester. Because of the special structure, it can improve flexibility (T bend) to 0 - 1T bend, it keeps the coil coating' s basic properties and meets the requirements of coil coating for home appliance.
